Tata AIG General has initiated a number of web-based policy administration systems to help facilitate its business operation and customer service.

  • eMarine

    Web-based Marine policy issuance system. The system is used to issue policy and certificates for Marine Specific and Open policies. The system is available for use by Tata AIG Marine customers and producers.


  • WebPOS

    Web-based policy issuance system for Tata AIG Retail products viz., Automobile, Home, Individual Personal accident (IPA) and Small Business Solutions (SBS). At present the system is available for issuance of Automobile policies only. Home, IPA and SBS policies are scheduled for launch shortly. The system is accessible by Tata AIG’s authorized producers only.


  • WAATs

    Web-based policy issuance system for Travel policies. The system allows issuance of Leisure Travel (LTA) and Business Travel (BTA) policies. The system is for use by Tata AIG’s authorized producers only.
