1. Choose your rewards from the Rewards Gallery and see what rewards are available with your points. You can also browse by Product Category, if you choose.
2. Click on “Select to Redeem” to redeem your desired reward.
3. Enter the quantity of the selected reward that you wish to redeem. And click on “Submit” to add the rewards to your reward basket.
4. You will go back in the Rewards Gallery where you can see your total selected products and total points redeemed. You can add more rewards to your basket by choosing your reward from the gallery.
5. When you’ve selected your entire rewards click on the “Redeem now” button. You are then given an option of editing the rewards that you have selected to redeem. You are also notified if, due to insufficient redeemable Giant Steps Points, you cannot redeem all selected rewards.
6. You can edit the rewards by either clicking on “Remove All” for removing the reward entirely or click on “Update” for changing the quantity of the reward.
7. After you have made your final selection, click on “Checkout”.
8. You will see your profile details and a summary of rewards that you have redeemed.
9. If your profile is incomplete then click on “Change Profile” and update your profile. The updated profile will be used for all the further communications. You will see your new profile post verification from your Branch Head.
10. If you want to make any changes in the rewards that you would like to redeem then click on “Go back”
11. If you choose to confirm the reward/s that you have selected, click on the “Confirm” Button. You will be shown comprehensive details of your reward request along with an order reference number with which you can track your reward with the Help Desk.
12. You can also take a printout of the page by clicking on “Print”.

1. You will be intimated on your Points earnings through the Monthly Points Statements.
2. The Rewards Galaxy Catalogue showcases an array of rewards that you can choose from.
3. Select rewards of your choice from the Galaxy and ensure that you have necessary Giant Steps Points to be able to redeem them.
4. The Rewards Galaxy Catalogue, given to you, has the Redemption Coupons/ forms.
5. Fill the complete form and send it to your Branch Agency Head.
6. After authorization of the Redemption Request Form by the Branch Agency Head, he would mail the form to the address mentioned in the form.
7. After receipt of the form, you will receive your reward within 6-8 weeks.
