1.	What is Giant Steps?
	Giant Steps is the Partner Recognition Program launched by TATA AIG for their top performing producers.

2.	Who can become a member of Giant Steps?
	Any Producer who has been with TATA AIG for at least 6 months, based in India and who has a monthly average GPW of Rs 50,000 in the last 6 months can be a member of Giant Steps.

3.	How long is the membership valid?
	Membership is valid for the program year, i.e. upto November. It will be reviewed at the end of the program year and will be automatically renewed if criteria are met.

4.	How do I renew my membership?
	Your membership will be reviewed in December, on the basis of your last years performance i.e Dec - Nov, and will be renewed automatically if the criteria are met. These criteria for renewal will be communicated to you in October.

5.	What happens to my membership renewal if I do not perform as per the required levels by December?
	Your membership will lapse. However, we will be checking your performance every month and as soon as you reach the required level, we will re-qualify your membership to the program.

6.	What are Champions Circle, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers?
	These are tiers within the Giant Steps Program and are created to recognize and reward the top performers.

How do I become a Member of the Gold and Platinum tier?

You can qualify for becoming a Member of the Gold tier as soon as you have a monthly average GPW of Rs 4,00,000 over the last 6 months, and if you have a monthly average GPW of Rs 15,00,000 over the last 6 months you will automatically qualify into the Platinum tier. We will be monitoring your performance every month and will automatically upgrade you to the next tier as soon as you cross this threshold.

8.	For how long is my membership to Gold or Platinum tier valid?
	Your membership to the Gold or Platinum tier is valid until the end of the program year, i.e. until November. We will review your performance at the end of this period and inform you of your tier and program membership status, which will be renewed automatically if you meet the qualifying criteria.

9.	Is there a membership fee?
	No. Giant Steps Program is an invitation program for Producers who qualify for tiers.

10.	Will I earn points?
	Yes. All Partners of Giant Steps will earn points based upon the value of GPW and the product line sold.

11.	How are Base Points calculated?
	For every Rs. 100 of GPW, you will get 10-30 Base Points, if you are a Silver Producer, depending on the lines you have sold. 11 to 33 Base Points if you are a Gold Producer, and 12 to 36 Base Points if you are a Platinum Producer.

12.	What is the Fast track approach?
	If you are a new Producer with less than 3 months transactions, but meet the value criteria, you will be allowed to enroll into the Program. Fast track enrolment will require an approval from the Branch Agency Head at Tata AIG. Producers meeting the value criteria in 4-6 months will not be put on fast track.

13.	What can I redeem my points for?
	Producers can redeem their points for a wide range of awards mentioned in the Rewards Gallery.

14.	Can I redeem points for cash?
	No. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can only be redeemed for awards as will be announced from time to time.

15.	When can I redeem points?
	As a Platinum Producer you can redeem your Giant Steps Points at any time during the year. Gold and Silver Producers can redeem once a year in December.

16.	How do I redeem points?
	To claim your award, you just have to fill in the Redemption Request Form that has been sent to you along with the Awards Catalogue and send it to the address indicated on the Redemption Request Form. As soon as the details are verified, the award will be on its way.

17.	How long will it take to receive my award?
	You should receive your award within 6-8 weeks of sending us a valid Redemption Request.

18.	Where will the awards be delivered?
	Awards will be delivered to the address mentioned in the solicitation form, or to the respective TATA AIG branch offices.

19.	For how long are my points valid?
	Giant Steps Points will be valid in the current program year.

20.	What happens to my points if I am no longer a channel partner with TATA AIG?
	Your points will lapse as soon as the contract is terminated.

21.	Can I combine points with another Partner?
	No. Membership and points belong to the entity i.e. the member, and points cannot be transferred, purchased, or redeemed for cash.
