This exclusive program has 3 tiers, namely Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Champions Circle, a part of the Platinum tier, is the pinnacle in the tier system.

Eligibility

1. Tenure Criteria: You will need to be a Producer with Tata AIG for a minimum period of 6 months.
2. Value Criteria: The Gross Premium Written (GPW) average of Rs. 50,000 in last 6 months is considered for eligibility.
3. The 6-month average will be calculated as total GPW/6, and not as an average of transacted months alone.
4. Fast Track Enrolment: If you are a new Producer with less than 3 months transactions, but meet the value criteria, you might be allowed to enroll into the Program.
5. Fast track enrolment will require an approval from the Branch Agency Head at Tata AIG.
6. Producers meeting the value criteria in 4-6 months will not be put on fast track.

The Enrolment Process

Solicitation letters will be sent out to eligible producers to enroll for membership. Producers will need to fill in the solicitation forms and send it back to us. Post receipt of these signed forms, the ‘Giant Steps Welcome Hamper’ will be sent across to these Producers.


Qualified Producers

These are Producers who qualify based on the value and tenure of their relationship with Tata AIG. Their points start accumulating from the month they qualify. However redemptions can only be done by an enrolled member. Qualified producers on filling the enrolment details become members of the Program.


Enrolled Producers

These Producers are members of Giant Steps Partner Recognition Program and are eligible for points accrual, benefits and privileges.
